TELC 255 - Impact of Social Media/Network |
This course will introduce the theory of social
networking, the study and analysis of diverse social
networks, as well as cover the impact of social
networks on individuals and on the local and global
environment. This course will incorporate blogs,
Facebook, YouTube, Second Life, Word Press, Meetup.
com and other associated platforms. The social
implications that will emerge as society continues to
move forward with these technologies will range from
the most positive to the challenging.
