Recommended background BUS 103. Course
is designed to introduce students to project
management and to the struggles and challenges
associated with projects. The course will focus on
the hands-on problems of managing a project. It will
broadly cover the operational and conceptual issues
faced by project managers. Upon completion of this
course, students should be able to develop, execute,
and control a basic project plan capable of supporting
business objectives linked to measures of success for a
single project.
