PE 175 - Foundations of Physical Ed |
This course is designed to provide teachers,
coaches, athletic trainers, and persons interested
in the discipline of physical education with applied
knowledge relative to lifelong fitness and related
activities. The lecture/discussion areas include
concepts related to lifelong fitness, sports, general
fitness, and specific physical education course
programming. Understanding how to advocate for
physical education as a discipline is an important
component to the course.
