CS 275 - Computer Technology Internship |
Prerequisite: Students must have completed at
least 15 credits in computer or computer-related
courses and be approved by computer science
faculty. This course will provide an opportunity for
qualified students to connect classroom learning
with practical work experience and develop skills
at a job site. Students will identify their career skills
and develop specific learning goals for the work
assignment. Students will prepare an employment
portfolio to present to employer sponsors. Relevant
work experience is sponsored by an area employer
for a minimum of 120 work hours and performed
off campus. Class meetings per student/instructor/
sponsor contract.
