This course serves as an introduction to honors study,
providing a basic orientation to critical thinking. It
helps students in the honors option develop their
critical thinking skills by challenging their assumptions
and encouraging them to analyze their decisions.
Course content includes reading and writing about
contemporary issues, developing a foundation which
the students build upon as they work towards their
senior capstone project for honors study. (Pre-req or
concurrent enrollment in ENGL 101)
