BUS 232 - Intro Social Media Marketing |
This course provides an overview of how social media
has drastically changed overall marketing strategies,
and how companies are embracing social media to
enhance customer relationships, brand awareness,
and market share. Students will explore the types
of social media tools such as (Facebook, Twitter,
LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google etc.), and learn
strategies to implement these tools in an overall
marketing plan. Students will use case studies and
real-world examples to explore current examples and
future opportunities of how marketing professionals
have capitalized on these social media strategies.
