physiological factors influencing nutritional needs;
behavioral considerations related to food intake;
nutrient digestion, assimilation, and storage; energy
requirements; life cycle requirements; weight
management; diet therapy; fad diets; manufactured
food; methods used in dietary assessment and
nutrition research.
